Signature PCs

Where can you get Bandi Tech signature PCs?

Signature PC can be purchased at our Bandi Tech Headquarters, on our website or at Beast Store in Mall of San Juan where we currently only sale or pre-built models.

Full custom computers must be purchased with us directly , contact us for a one-on-one consultation.

Why does it take a couple of weeks to have a Signature PC built?

Every customer's order is different, and we handle many special requests. From our paintwork made by Kimberly Wolf, customizations etc. Our systems are also built the old-fashioned way: one at a time, by highly skilled technicians.  We don't build our systems on assembly lines and test one out of ten for failures. Each one is hand assembled, tweaked, tested and re-tested to be the best PCs ever made.  This kind of testing takes much more time than setting PCs up for "slow and safe" and shipping them quickly, but our results speak for themselves.

What is the starting price for a custom build?

Why not build a PC myself?

If you're skilled at building your own computers, then you may not need our services.  But even auto hobbyists go to the car dealership sometimes. Many of our clients have built their own systems in the past, but got tired of the constant upkeep, hardware conflicts, lack of warranty, technical support and non-existent cable management. Remember, this isn't just a weekend project or a hobby for us. We have hand-built many computers with a vast variety of parts and configurations. We know what works and what doesn't, we know how to squeeze every last little bit of performance out of our hardware - stably. One of the most satisfying types of feedback we get from our customers, who have built their own PCs, is that we put more care and attention to detail into our builds than they had on their own builds.

 

Repairs

How long does the diagnosis take?

Generally diagnostics range from 2 to 3 business days. This time frame is highly dependent on how much work we have the moment you arrive.

What’s the cost?

  • The Diagnostics/Deposit fee for a regular PC, Mac or laptop (also for any type) is $40. This amount is then reduced from your total labor cost.

  • Data Recovery is $100.

  • PC & Macs that have a medium difficulty dismantling job will be $75. High difficulty dismantling job will be $100.

  • Custom gaming PCs diagnostics/deposit fee is $50.

  • If computer requires cleaning, this will be charged at $50 per hour.

What does the diagnostics include?

We will try to recreate the same problem with you when you bring your computer. We then try to troubleshoot a solution for it. Once we find the problem, we will present you with an estimated solution, cost and optional recommendations to make your computer work better. Depending on the difficulty of your work, we might even present various alternatives.

How much time does a repair take?

Depends on the type of repair, and if parts must be ordered.

What if the repair is more expensive than the computer itself?

If this is the case, we will still present you with other alternatives. Your Deposit Fee is also counted against this solution.

What if I don’t want to repair the PC nor accept any other solution?

We hand you back your PC and other materials. We will only charge you the deposit fee. Then, we wallow in sadness. If you later decide that you want to continue with us, your deposit fee is good for 30 days after we hand in your materials.

Why don't we have 24 hour technical service?

While "24 hour technical support" sounds like a wonderful thing, in reality it isn't.  What kind of highly qualified technician has to work the 3 a.m. shift?  We believe in quality service over quantity, so we staff our tech support lines with only senior technicians. 

Can I buy PC components from you?

Yes, depending on what merchandise we have available

Why do Bandi Tech systems cost more than PCs from other companies?

If you're looking for cheap PCs built on assembly lines in China and supported from a call center in another country, you have a lot of PC makers to choose from.  Bandi Tech systems are an alternative for those looking for something better.  Our custom designed Signature PCs cost more.  The components we use cost more. Highly trained staff costs more. Hand-building by skilled technicians instead of using assembly line production costs more.  Keeping jobs here costs more. Exceptional customer service costs more.  If you value what we value: quality, expertise, support and service, you'll find we're very competitively priced.

Do you offer warranty on your custom computers?

Yes, our new computer builds have standard 3 month on labor, 1 year on parts.

We also offer extended warranty plans!
